About the event
Explore the nighttime world of owls. Guest speakers will be Dr. John H. Rappole, an emeritus research scientist at the Smithsonian Institution’s Conservation Biology Institute, and Jim Berry, retired President of RTPI.
The first part of the program will be an illustrated lecture on our native Owls, supplemented with audio recordings, then we’ll head out into the night and listen for owls that breed in adjacent forest land.
