Fall Foliage Walk

Join us for a guided walk amidst the fall foliage!

Take in the sights and sounds of the changing season on a fall foliage walk on Sunday, October 13th at 1pm with Becky Nystrom, our board of directors’ chair and retired SUNY JCC professor of biology. The walk will be at our David & Margaret Naetzker Preserve (located at 5036 NY-474 in Ashville), a nearly entirely forested preserve with scattered areas of meadow habitat. The site has numerous mature oak, white pine, and yellow birch trees as well as American chestnut, black cherry, and hickory trees.
