About the event
Join us for a guided paddle through some of our preserves located along Cassadaga Creek and learn about our wonderful waterways. This leisurely 2.5 mile kayak/canoe paddle will show you some of the most pristine wetland habitats in our region, expect birds, turtles, wildflowers, and whatever else nature shares with us along the way.
Participants should meet at Kyle's Landing Preserve. A boat shuttle to the starting point will be provided. We will launch at the bridge across Cassadaga Creek on Rt 71 in Kabob, and end back at Kyle's Landing Preserve at Red Bird Corners. Even though we will have a few extra kayaks available, participants are encouraged to bring their own canoe/kayak. Shuttle service will be provided to bring you back to your car.
